It does not load at all unless you accept, and declining (or just not answering) keeps it off. No advertising cookies are used, from Google or anyone else.

If you register for the workshop, the name, email, phone number, and any other details you enter are stored only to get in touch with you about it — never sold, shared, or used for anything else.
